Every inspection also includes the use of best-in-class tools that help us see more - even behind walls, floors, and ceilings. We never upcharge for the use of these important tools.
We use:
- High-quality FLIR Camera - This is for infrared thermal imaging to catch hot and cold spots and reliably check temperatures behind walls and ceilings.
- HD 4K Drone - This works great for close-up roof and property inspections.
- Moisture Meter - Used to catch leaks from pipes in walls, floors or ceilings.
- Gas Leak Detector - Ensures any gas lines are secured and not leaking.
- AFCI/GFCI Circuit Tester - This also checks voltage to ensure the power you are getting is correct for that outlet/circuit.
- Digital Infrared Thermometer - This takes quick temperature readings of HVAC ductwork outlets, air return vents, water temperature, and surface temperature.

Just because it's new, does not mean it's right. We offer new construction home inspections as well as pre-purchase and 11th-month new construction builder warranty home inspections to help you to identify any issues that may be covered under the builder's “1-year Home Warranty”. This in turn would save you the cost of a repair that is covered by the builder. And even if we do not find any major issues, a new construction inspection provides you with a detailed look at your new property.
