After serving twenty years in the World's Greatest Navy as a Maintenance Officer on C-130's and C-40's, I decided that my true passion is ensuring people are purchasing the safest home or business that they can. In aviation, quality is a life and death factor and as a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma I perform every inspection with that "Quality First" mentality. In essence, I "test drive" a home so my clients have the piece of mind that everything from the roof to the toilets are in sound working order. I will treat your inspection as if my family was moving into that house. I am also an FAA licensed SUAS drone operator - certificate #4839390 and offer high-quality 4K aerial drone videos and still photography to showcase the best features of your property so it sells fast!
I attended Arizona State University and obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Aeronautical Management Technology and graduated Cum Laude. I also have a Master of Science Degree in Organizational Leadership. I live in St. Johns County with my beautiful wife Danielle and our five busy kids.
